We only collect information that you choose to give us, through the forms on this site (such as our Contact and Prayer Request forms). Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and the message or request you write to us.
When you submit a form, our system also automatically records the IP address the submission came from and a short-lived security check (captcha) token, used purely to block spam and automated abuse - never to identify or track you for any other purpose.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Form submissions are stored in a secure database and are visible only to authorised church staff.
Submissions are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after submission. Prayer requests marked "private" are shared only with our prayer team and are never published publicly.
Our Give Online page displays a UPI ID and QR code so you can give directly through your own UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.). This website does not process, handle, or store any payment, bank, or transaction information - your payment goes directly through your UPI provider and bank, not through us.
This website does not set any cookies for regular visitors, and does not use cookies to track or profile you in any way.
Our Kids Church ministry page is informational and is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Any enquiry about children's ministries should be, and is expected to be, submitted by a parent or guardian.
